You Ever Prayed About It?

You Ever Prayed About It?

“You Ever Prayed About It?”
“Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”
John 17:17
“If any many will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine,
whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. ” John 7:17

Personally, I have never had one question in my mind that
the King James Bible is the Word of God for the English-
speaking people of the world. Before I was saved, it was all I
knew, and after my conversion to Christ, I’ve never had one
thought of even correcting it-my desire is that it will correct
me! I came across a little couplet in an old Bible (I may have
written it or heard someone quote it, but I did add the second
half of it for this article:

What will you do with Jesus?
Neutral you cannot be!
Someday your heart will be asking,
What will He do with me?
What will you do with the KJV?
Neutral you cannot be!
Someday your soul will be asking,
Why did I not heed its plea?

As is always true, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and
hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17). I trust you have
heard and heeded the Words of God that are life, hope and
eternity for any sinner that would say, “I am a repenting sinner,
and have need of the Saviour, Jesus Christ.” Remember, “For
whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be
saved” (Romans 10:13). – T.G.
