Which way will you go? TRUTH OR LIE?

10h  · God sets the truth before us. Lies are already all around us. Which direction are we moving: toward truth or toward lies? There is no neutral ground.

Think about what you are defending and and what you are sympathizing with? Is it truth? Is it lies? Are you joining with the crowd? Or do you join with the righteous who aren’t afraid to stand alone? These are good questions to ask yourself as the pressures of life, the influence of friends, and the blanket of tolerance gets tossed your direction. It wants to smother you in lies as it pretends to be harmless. If embraced, it will erode the truth you’ve been entrusted with.

Be one of those warriors for Christ who doesn’t back up, but stands up. Who rushes toward truth and doesn’t slow walk it. Who walks on the narrow and not broad road. Who stays alert and focused, rather than sleepwalking in a daze. Whose food is to preach the Word, give the gospel, look for opportunity, and refuse to let up on the cause of Christ. Be ready always, not only today but until that day you are called home. Jesus is worth your all.

“Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;” (Ephesians 6:14).
