When I tell women how much men need respect,

they nod.

They agree.

They say “of course, I respect him.”

But the issue is this…

Most women don’t realize how often they’re being disrespectful.

Or worse – contemptuous.

Disgusted.

Even hateful.

It doesn’t always show up as yelling.

It’s not always a meltdown.

It’s not even always loud.

Often?

It’s in the micro.

The body.

The face.

The posture.

Here are 10 common behaviors that express contempt, disrespect, disgust, or hatred-

even when you don’t mean to:

1. Eye Rolling

Says: “You’re ridiculous. I don’t take you seriously.”

2. Heavy Sighing When He Speaks or Asks Something

Says: “You’re a burden. I’m tired of you.”

3. Shaking Your Head While He’s Talking

Says: “You’re wrong. Again. As usual.”

4. Flinching or Pulling Away When He Tries to Touch You

Says: “You repulse me. Don’t come near me.”

5. Turning Your Body Away from Him

Says: “I’m not with you. I’m done.”

6. Folding Your Arms in Response to Him

Says: “I’m closed off. I won’t let you in.”

7. Correcting Him in Public/In Front of Others

Says: “You’re incompetent. I need to manage you.”

8. Using a Flat, Cold, or Cutting Tone

Says: “You don’t matter enough for warmth.”

9. Sarcastic Jabs and ‘Jokes’ at His Expense

Says: “You’re a fool…and I want everyone to know it.”

10. Withholding Eye Contact or Affection

Says: “You’re not worth my presence.”

None of this is subtle to his nervous system.

None of it goes unnoticed.

And no…

It doesn’t matter if “that’s not what was meant.”

It’s what was communicated.

This is how relationships erode.

Not with screaming.

But with slow, steady signals of disrespect.

And most women have no idea they’re doing it.

But he does.

Every time.

If the mirror stings … good darling💋

I’m happy for you.

That’s a sign there’s still time to restore what’s being silently destroyed.

Inside The Society and through the Dyadic Design Blueprint, we show women how to stop attacking love and then blaming the wound on him.

And so much more…
