“Every False Way” Psalm 119:104 KJB
“Every False Way”
“Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.” Psalm 119:104
One cannot know the right way without the precepts of God. Precepts are the properly appointed mandates of God. Literally, it is just another way of saying the divinely, inspired, living Word of God. The Word of God establishes the right and only way to Heaven, therefore, all other ways are false ways. Some erroneously teach that there are many paths leading to God and Heaven. There are many man-made paths which promise to bring mankind to the Pearly Gates, unfortunately they all lead their followers to the gates of Hell.
False ways are in reality designed and perpetuated by Satan to lead men away from God and salvation. These ways are described as broad, therefore, easy to find and satisfying to the flesh, but never will bring man into a personal relationship with the God of Heaven. Salvation is not now, nor never was, wrapped up in the prophet Mohammed, in Buddha or other Hindu gods of the east. The worship of dead ancestors or some mystic “great spirit” of the plains, neither the cults of America, which have permeated the nations of the world; their . salvation is by works of the flesh and is despised of God Almighty. True salvation is wrapped up in the God of Heaven and His Son Jesus Christ.
Jesus was not making a suggestion when He said; “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14:6). — H.C. DR. HARRY CARR, (Deceased), Orion MI
