We believe that there are two text lines: One pure and one corrupted. Satan has been in the business of corrupting the words of God from the beginning; that his slaves have been hard at the work of Bible corruption throughout the millennia (the most notorious of which are Origen [AD 184-254] and Eusebius [AD 260-340], and more recently the popes, Westcott & Hort, et al); that God gave the strongest of warnings against adding or subtracting from His Holy Word; that most, if not all, modern versions except the Authorized King James Version are corrupted.
