“Sends The Rain” – Matthew 5 :45

“He Sends The Rain”
“That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. ” Matthew 5 :45
Our Scripture tells us God sends rain on the just and on the unjust. We here desire to be counted among the just as God has sent precious rain to the parched earth of South Texas. It is amazing to see how God’s rain transforms brown, barren patches of earth! In two days, green is exploding everywhere, along with the famous Texas Blue Bonnets and other wild flowers. Absolutely beautiful! We wish you could see them up close and personal! Your place of service is no stranger to attacks of the enemy which can be like the torrid drought. These attacks are not only directed at the ministry as a whole, but at individuals and families. We are not exempt from an ever-vigilant adversary. He is the spiritual “terrorist” who attacks lives, homes, and churches. However, we TRUST and REST in the finished work of Christ! It is the power of His blood, along with the unction and illumination of the Holy Spirit that will see us through dark days; those days that so easily obscure the light of the SON. Thank God that He is able and faithful to keep what we have committed unto Him (II Tim. 1:12). May our Mighty God send you the rain of blessing and the light of the Son. —D. OHM
