An experienced veteran of 25 years in international ministry, and over 40 years serving in local ministries, Paul Scott (Teacher Paul), from Upstate New York, desires to influence the world, for good, with truth. Teacher Paul has been ministering Grace and Truth to thousands, edifying God’s people, evangelizing the unbelievers, and glorifying the Lord Jesus Christ. Teacher Paul has degrees in both Theology and Engineering and is a certified ESL (English Second Language) teacher. (Despite this, he considers himself a student as well as a teacher!) Moreover, his passion, his gift, is teaching eternal truths to the world – for the gravity of the commission remains, ‘Teach all Nations.’ Now, with the help of the other members of the Victory Team in VN, (Vietnamese with language and technical skills), we hope to help and encourage many, many more.
