- Strategy Statement – Truth Defended will conduct inspirational conferences in local church settings, create an insightful website, and publish interesting blogs and podcasts online.
Truth Defended is a ministry founded by veteran pastor and counselor, Steve Harness. He has a long term interest in archeology, history, creation science, ancient languages, and the Bible. Steve is a husband and father to 3 incredible kids. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and targeting. He is also a fan of youth sports such as Jr. NBA and Little League baseball, both of which he has enjoyed coaching.
Concerning credentials, Steve holds a Bachelor of Bible from Pensacola Christian College, a Master of Ministry (in Pastoral) from Bethany Divinity Seminary, a Master of Divinity (in Education) from Mid-America Theological Seminary, a Doctor of Ministry (in Theology and Apologetics, pending) from Liberty University, and a Ph.D. (in Counseling) from Bethany Divinity Seminary.
