Author The Transformed Wife I believe it’s due to women being far more easily offended than men. They don’t want to obey God’s command to them in this area nor be told what to do. They tend to focus more on what their husbands should do for them to meet their expectations but rarely, if ever, focus on what they should do for their husbands and becoming the wives God calls them to be. Plus, once they have children, they see their husbands as more of an inconvenience than anything else.“Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.” (1 Cor 7:5)
