“It’s Not That Hard”
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from
the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Romans 10:9
Multitudes have been indoctrinated with “false doctrines”
and have been “steppin’ & fetchin” to the beat of their cult or
religion so that they may go to Heaven. New versions of the
Bible pop up every year to custom fit one’s lifestyle. False
teachers have been on the scene for over 2,000 years and have
been leading so-called followers down the “primrose path” to
their particular belief, but the Bible has not changed! God
hasn’t changed! “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day,
and for ever. ” (Heb. 13:8) “Every word of God is pure:” (Pro
30:5a). Friends, it’s not hard. We believe by faith, we live by
faith, and we trust God, “for I put my trust in thee.” (Psa.
25:20b)
Works have been incorporated into the belief system over
the centuries, from worshiping false gods, to the baptizing of
babies. It all creates confusion. God is not the author of
confusion (cf. I Cor. 14:33). Confusion is the devil’s doing.
Satan is hard at work and endeavors to destroy humanity, thus,
causing men to reject God’s only begotten Son, Jesus Christ
(see John 12:48-49). God wants no one to die without Christ
(cf. II Pet 3:9). However, it is your choice to receive Him or
reject Christ as Saviour. Neighbor, ONE HUNDRED &
TWENTY people die every 60 seconds, and most will die in
their sins. What about you?? -G.W.
