It’s not the unbiblical doctrines and practices in the churches of false religion that are killing us; it’s the sin in OUR churches.

We live in an era of Christianity where people can read the biblical account of the two separate times that Jesus walked into His Father‘s house, looked around, and in righteous indignation, crafted a whip, chased everybody out, turned their tables over and called their “church” a den of thieves.
And then these same people would call Jesus “unChristlike” if He dared show up at THEIR place of worship and do the exact same thing.
In fact, they would call Jesus “unChristlike” if He just dared to get on social media and hint that what they were doing at their church was even the least bit wrong.
I’m realizing that many of today’s breed of Christians do not appear to really know Jesus at all. They seem to totally confuse the concept of having a heart of love and compassion for lost sinners, showing grace to those that are hurting, and condoning the blatant toleration and promotion of worldliness and carnality in the lives of professing Christians and pastors.
It’s not the unbiblical doctrines and practices in the churches of false religion that are killing us; it’s the sin in OUR churches.
Just a reminder – Jesus did not go into the Temple of Diana and flip THEIR tables over. He did it where HE went to worship.
Let that sink in.
