That is far larger a loss of independence than obeying a boss. Giving herself calms her, takes away her independence, and makes her more sensitive to how he feels about her. If he\u2019s angry or unhappy with her, she won\u2019t want to feel that more strongly and will try to evade him. If, on the other hand, he works as hard as the husband in the Song to convince her that he rejoices in her to the point that he doesn\u2019t see others as women, only as people, she\u2019ll rejoice in his joy as she gives herself to him. This affects the way she walks, the way she talks, and her facial expressions. Anyone who understands this can see it. The problem is that the man hasn’t appreciated her enough for her to feel SAFE losing her independence and depending on him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>  \u00b7 If a husband wants his wife to only wear modest dresses, wear her hair long, not watch soap operas nor read sexually provocative romance novels, make sure she trains the children to obey her, and have the home picked up and dinner ready when he gets home, she should willingly submit to him. He is not asking her to sin by asking her to do any of these things.Wives are commanded to submit to and obey their husbands in EVERYTHING (Eph. 5:24) unless it is sin against God and His Word. This means a husband has the authority to tell his wife what to wear, how he wants her to wear her hair, when he wants dinner, what he wants for dinner, how the children are to be disciplined, what books she can read, and everything else as long as it\u2019s not sinful. No, he can\u2019t force her to submit to him, BUT a godly wife will willingly submit to everything her husband asks of her as God commands.\u201cTherefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything\u201d (Eph 5:24) God\u2019s Word says EVERYTHING. If you have a problem with that, you have a problem with God, not me. Few women know what submission is since few teach it. Some think the husband only gets to make the big decisions. Some think they only submit if they feel like it and agree. No, submission means \u201cto yield, resign or surrender to the power, will or authority of another.\u201d Even in the little things, women. Even if you disagree. Even if you don\u2019t feel like it. This is God\u2019s will for you<\/p>\n\n\n\n
