What Men Think About Leggings \u2013 The Transformed Wife<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I did a poll on Twitter asking only men if leggings were immodest. Here are some of the comments from men:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I\u2019m in line at the market or somewhere where there is a woman dressed in this manner, I look down at the floor and recite memorized Scripture to take every thought captive. As a pastor, I won\u2019t be alone with a woman other than my wife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are 100% immodest. Anyone who says otherwise needs to repent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You mean the \u201cpants\u201d that form fit every square inch below the waist?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depends if they are for all of humanity to see then yes, if only for the husband then no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You need to sort the results by gender. You know most of the \u201cno\u201d votes are from women who like to parade around with their privates showing through leggings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes!!! The lack of self respect and decorum in American women is astounding. I can\u2019t believe how lazy they\u2019ve become about the way they dress. Leggings were always for working out which ironically most women who wear them AREN\u2019T doing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leggings are inappropriate outside the home unless with a shirt\/tunic that covers your butt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a long top or dress or something over it then no. At home in private then no. In public and no covering then yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I only let my woman wear them if she\u2019s with me so yes. They are immodest, provocative, and inviting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes 1000% but the girls of today will never understand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leggings that fit so tight that it fills the cracks are totally immodest. Men are visual and it is very distracting for men who want to keep their eyes for their wife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are many issues with this type of clothing. The biggest is that it\u2019s sold as a pants replacement! Sorry, to be blunt but if your vag\/whatever else (for whoever wears them, as pants) is on display, maybe should rethink it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I used to think so, but now I\u2019m so desensitized by them, I don\u2019t even think twice. Like \u201cSure, of course it\u2019s totally normal to be able to see what she\u2019d look like naked from the waist down.\u201d Totally normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I said yes, assuming everyone can see them. Of course it\u2019s immodest. They used to only wear it in yoga classes. Then someone figured out men stare at them when they wear it. So now they love wearing it all over the place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t think. I know those yoga pants are immodest when worn in public or around other than her husband, or maybe close women family\/friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are immodest, bottom line. People, even many Christians forget that \u201crevealing\u201d isn\u2019t just about the bare and naked skin being seen but also the visibility of the curve, the form and the shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And there were many more similar responses from men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in MODEST apparel, with SHAMEFACED and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But which becometh women professing godliness with good works. (1 Timothy 2:9,10)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be DISCREET\u2026 (Titus 2:4,5)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart. (Proverbs 7:10)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
