Are Christian marriages stronger because of them? Are women being taught the value of marriage, raising children, and being keepers at home over careers? Do wives love and submit to their husbands? Are they being taught what submission actually is? Do mothers teach their children to obey them? Do women have meek and quiet spirits? Are Christian women dressing modestly and discreetly? Is divorce less common in the churches? Men are not trying to come home and annoy their wives by throwing their socks on the ground and their clothes. They just worked a long hard day, laboring and using their bodies all day. They\u2019re sweaty, they smell, and they are exhausted. The only thing they\u2019re thinking about is getting out of their work clothes and into the shower. They toss everything down because it\u2019s a symbolic \u201cdone with today\u2019s work\u201d and putting on of \u201crelax time at home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our job as a keeper of the home is to make an inviting haven for our husbands where they can rest and do what they want to do so: 1) they live longer; 2) they don\u2019t divorce us because we nag too much and are easily bitter and clamorous; 3) because it\u2019s our duty to serve and provide a comfortable, loving home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Women take the words submission, obedience, reverence, humility, femininity, homemaking, and attribute them to \u201cslavery\u201d when it\u2019s absolutely not. You are more cheerful when you give freely than when you receive; at least a grateful, appreciative heart should be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But feminists are selfish, lazy, bitter, and down right mean to their men, and they wonder why men divorce or worse cheat. Did you give him any reason not to leave you? Men want respect and honor. Do that and you stand a far better chance that he will never leave nor forsake you.
