Words have been redefined and weaponized against America and Americans during the disgraceful, disgusting, dangerous and demonic WOKE era of national insanity; words such as \u201cmasculinity,\u201d \u201cfemininity,\u201d \u201cboy, \u201c and \u201cgirl,\u201d and scores of others. \u201cAmerican Exceptionalism\u201d which is as real and legitimate a concept as anything could be, has been another primary target of America\u2019s word vandals and \u201cenemies within.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s past time to set the record <\/a>straight as to the original and real meaning of words, and restore some honesty and dignity to the use of the English language. It\u2019s time to restore a sense of pride to words and labels that have been redefined by \u201cenemies within\u201d America whose goal has been and is, to instill a sense of guilt in Americans who love their own country. The words, \u201cnationalism\u201d and \u201cnationalist\u201d are pristine examples of what we are talking about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until very recent times, \u201cNationalism\u201d wasn\u2019t considered a bad thing, and being a \u201cnationalist\u201d didn\u2019t mean a person was a bad person. These terms simply described a policy and people that prioritized the interests of America and Americans over the interests of any other nation or people. This is a quality that ought to be admired in, and expected from any American citizen. It is something our nation\u2019s founders and our parents and grandparents believed in and encouraged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consider these definitions of nationalism taken from the internet: \u201cThe strong belief that the interests of a particular nation-state are of primary importance. Also, the belief that a people who share a common language, history, and culture should constitute an independent nation, free of foreign domination.\u201d Here\u2019s another: \u201cThe belief that nations will benefit from acting independently rather than collectively, emphasizing national rather than international goals.\u201d Here\u2019s a third: “Nationalism is an ideology that places great importance on being loyal to and proud of one’s country, and is often associated with the belief that one’s own country is better and more important than other countries. ” There is nothing wrong with any of this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Americans have historically been, and should presently be, unapologetic nationalists in terms of national policies and individual preference. The demonizing of words like \u201cnationalist\u201d and \u201cnationalism\u201d is part of globalist and Marxist strategy and agenda; a part of what George Orwell called \u201cpolitical language that serves to distort and obfuscate reality.\u201d The reality is that generally speaking, nationalism is a good thing, And, being a nationalist, like being a patriot, is something deserving of commendation. Only those who are senseless or sinister would suggest otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am, by the way, a Christian Nationalist. Not by any other “definition\u201d than this: I am (1) a born again believer who loves God and His Word, (2) I love my country\u2014not the sin and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

corruption that has been introduced into its legacy by sinful men throughout history\u2014but because of the good ambitions and actions that have been overwhelmingly characteristic of America throughout history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The misuse of words is one of the worse crimes there is. It isn\u2019t a victimless crime. Americans need to start recognizing and stop tolerating the redefinition and demonization of good, meaningful words like \u201cNationalist\u201d and \u201cNationalism.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Martin Niemoller (1892-1984) was a Lutheran pastor who witnessed NAZI takeover of churches in Germany. He at first cooperated, but later confessed the regret he felt for not standing up and speaking out before it was too late. Maybe there\u2019s a lesson here for us. Here’s my revision of his confession:

First they told churches they couldn\u2019t assemble for worship in their church buildings.
We gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn\u2019t assemble in our buildings

Then local governments told churches they couldn\u2019t park on their church parking lots and participate in worship services broadcast over their PA system
We scratched our heads, grumbled, but didn\u2019t wage any protest because they didn\u2019t do this to our church

Then local governments started pouring nails in Church parking lots and fining people who showed up for drive-in worship
We didn\u2019t do anything because they weren\u2019t doing it to our church.

Then local governments told churches they could assemble in their buildings, but limited to attendance to 10 or less.
But they weren’t demanding this of our church, so we waged no protest.

Then local governments demanded that churches submit the personal information of church members so they could be placed under surveillance, tracked, etc.
But they weren\u2019t doing this in our area so we didn\u2019t stand up against this abuse of power.
