It comes highly recommended, but I haven\u2019t yet gotten around to reading a single sentence of it. The title though, has always intrigued me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More people than we might realize and some that we\u2019d never suspect, are not quite sure what significance there is to their being alive. Many think, at least for a while, that significance in life is synonymous with the personal success they\u2019ve had or not had in a particular area or areas. They measure their significance on the basis of their popularity, the possessions they have, or whatever position they might hold, but in time come to realize that none of these things can adequately assure them that their lives have have any real significance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C.R. But the Truth is that no one will understand and appreciate their personal significance until they look to God, and find it in His great love and the grace that is involved in His love for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve used a lot of impersonal pronouns here\u2014\u201cthem,\u201d and \u201cthey,\u201d and \u201cwe.\u201d But all of this applies directly to&nbsp;<em>you<\/em>\u2014to the person reading this right now. God has loved you with unfathomable, immeasurable love since before your conception. There are no \u201cif,\u201d \u201cands\u201d or \u201cbuts,\u201d about this, or exceptions to it, where you or anyone else is concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The love of the Creator of the universe and the King of kings and Lord of lords, saturates, as it were, your entire DNA with a significance that is beyond complete understanding, but is nonetheless true and real. of every man, woman and child born into this world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God is the very essence of love (1 John 4:8, 16). All of His being and all of His doing are rooted and grounded in His love which need not and cannot be earned by anyone. His love for you doesn\u2019t involve a hoped for expectation in the near or distant future. It is something real relative to&nbsp;<em>you<\/em>, and has been as long as you\u2019ve been alive: something for&nbsp;<em>you<\/em>&nbsp;to accept, experience and enjoy now and forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is about&nbsp;<em>you<\/em>, and your own personal significance; significance based upon God\u2019s love for you, which He has demonstrated by becoming incarnate and by coming into this world as the second Person of the triune godhead to&nbsp;<em>undo<\/em>&nbsp;all that sin and the devil has&nbsp;<em>done<\/em>&nbsp;through the sacrifice of Himself on the cross and the victory He has had over death and the grave.
