“In The Day Of Fake, This Is Not Fake” <\/strong> by Guy Doodell 5\/23\/21<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“And Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. ” John 14:6 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fake news abounds! Fake ministers abound! Fake leaders abound! We call this the “Age of Fake.” The true believer has recourse to actual truth. Jesus is the truth. He said so. Never a word did He speak that contradicted His person and deity. We also have other access to truth, and each is available to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Spirit of Truth: In John 14:17,15:26, and 16:13, Jesus called the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of truth. Further, Jesus Christ said the Spirit of truth would guide His followers into all truth (cf. John 16:13). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The God of Truth: In the Word of God, the Father is called the God of truth in Deuteronomy 32:4. In the passage, the Bible says He is “without iniquity, just and right is he. ” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have God the Father as the God of truth, and the Son of God, who says, “I am the truth,” and the Spirit, Who will “guide us into all truth. ” What more could we ask for? God provides another access to truth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Word of Truth: it has been given to us. Psalm 33:4 calls God’s Word “…right; and all his works are done in truth. ” In II Corinthians 6:7 and in Ephesians 1:13, Paul refers to it as the “word of truth. ” There are also other references. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, in the “Age of Fake,” this isn’t fake! We have the God of Truth, the Son of Truth, the Spirit of Truth, and the Word of Truth! This is the truth. \u2014 G.G. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
