WRITING TO THE PRESIDENT
I think it is a good and healthy thing for Christians to write the President from time to time in the spirit of 1 Tim. 2:1-4 and Rom. 13:1-7, assuring him of their prayers and expressing their feelings, whether positive or negative, concerning our government. I wrote a letter to the President recently in which I offered him some appreciation relative to the job he is doing, some assurance of my prayers for his success for the sake of our country, and a complaint as to the discriminatory way in which our Department of Justice seems to operate. The following is as excerpt from that letter:
“It has been made demonstratively clear to myself and millions of others that our justice system does not work the same for the rest of us as it does for the elites, the politically connected, etc. I share the general disappointment and disgust there is for the ‘non-work’ of Attorney General Bondi, and wonder when she is going to start delivering on the “fair and equal justice” she continues to talk about, but do little about where politicians, radical pro-marxist and Islamic “protestors” and law-breakers in general are concerned?
Average Americans can expect to be, and are,. arrested, fined, imprisoned, for the least infractions of local or federal law. “Protestors,” politicians and the politically-connected on the other hand can burn and loot, obstruct traffic and federal law, damage private or federal property, incite and commit violence, etc. at will and go scot free. This is common knowledge now.
The question on the minds of millions is: When are we going to see a Clinton, or an Ilhan Omar or a General Milly type individual actually have to answer, with a fine and/or jail sentence for their crimes of fraud, theft, obstruction of justice, treason or anything else? Until this happens, little trust in government will be restored.”
“Judgment is turned away backward, and justice standers afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.
Yea, truth faith; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the Lord saw it, and it displeased Him that there was no judgement” (Isa. 59:14. 15).”
