We are sending men into the ministry who do not know how to walk in the Spirit.

Men who do not know how to love their wives.

Men who do not know how to train their children.

Men who do not know how to lead their families.

Men who do not have godly character.

Men who do not know their Bibles.

Men who do not know how to work.

Men who do not know how to handle money.

We are sending men into the ministry who are not qualified, simply because they claim to have a call.

We must get back to biblical qualifications.

We must get back to godly character.

We must get back to Spirit-filled living.

Pastors, do not send out church planters and missionaries who have not been proven.

Work with them for several years, and make sure they are men of character, and men of the word.

Do not allow a “call” to be a substitute for qualification.

1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 are still in the Bible.

If we do not obey the Bible, we are not qualified to preach the Bible.
